Remote Desktop – a fatal error occurred when attempting to access the ssl credential private key   1. Please delete the self-signed certificate.  You may do this using mmc.exe, add Certificates snapin, select Computer account.  The self-signed certificate should be under Remote Desktop\Certificates. 2.
